Objective: Create a logo for an urban farmers market in one of Denver’s most popular districts.

The Highlands Square Farmers Market committee wanted a logo that differentiated their market from the others in Denver by embracing its role as a gathering place for young families who attend as much to socialize with neighbors as to purchase produce. The resulting logo is a mix of modern and historic: modern sans serif is paried with historic serif in the logotype, and the tractor silhouette features the Denver skyline. The marketing materials are minimal compared to those of other metro markets, letting the logo signature and information stand out against colorful photographic backgrounds.
